For more than six years, ISSA Saturday Classes have been a special part of the International School of San Antonio community. What began as a small program has brought learning, language, culture, and connection to many families across San Antonio.
We are deeply grateful to the students, families, and teachers who have made Saturday mornings so meaningful over the years.
ISSA is now entering an important new phase. This year, our first class of students will complete 5th grade and move on to middle school. At the same time, our Language Immersion School Program and Morning Program at the DoSeum continue to grow.
As a result, our faculty and staff will be focusing their time and energy on our weekday programs.
For this reason, ISSA Saturday Classes will not be offered during the 2026–27 school year.
Families who have already registered and paid tuition for the fall semester do not need to take any action. A full refund will be automatically processed to your account within the next 10 business days.
We understand that Saturday mornings have become part of the routine for many families. We also know that this change may be disappointing.
Still, we are grateful for the trust families have placed in ISSA. We are thankful for the many years of learning, friendships, and memories created through the program.

While Saturday Classes are ending, your child’s bilingual journey doesn’t have to. Language immersion remains at the heart of what we do at ISSA, and we will continue to support students through our weekday programs.
Our PreK3 through 5th Grade School Program provides a full immersion education and prepares students for their next step into middle school. Our Morning Program at the DoSeum gives 3- and 4-year-olds an opportunity to experience language immersion while building skills for kindergarten.
Language immersion can give children lasting academic, linguistic, and cultural benefits that extend well beyond elementary school.
